How long will it take to get my order?
Orders usually ship the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. They are shipped USPS Priority Mail which is a 2-3 day service. So most times you will receive your order in 3-4 business days.

NOTE: We take credit card fraud very seriously. For your protection and ours, we have systems in place to monitor all transactions. If we feel an order is suspicious, we will not ship it until we have thoroughly researched it.

What are your FREE Gift Details?
If we are offering a FREE Gift with purchase, your FREE Gift will not appear in your shopping cart, it will be added to your order at time of shipping.

Gifts are on a first come first serve basis while supplies last. In the event that we run out of the gift offered, we will substitute it for another item of equal or greater value.

If a certain purchase amount is required, it's after any coupons have been applied and before shipping and taxes.

Why was my order declined?
There are a few reasons why your credit card may have been declined. The most frequent reason is because the billing name and address (in step 1 of the shopping cart) does not match the name and address on the credit card.

You must put the information from your credit card exactly they way it appears on your account in the billing address section. You may need to uncheck the “Billing same as shipping” box to open the space for this information (step 1 of the shopping cart).

My order was declined, why do I still see a charge on my account?
It's important to note that a transaction declined for AVS or CCV by the payment gateway has still been approved by the card issuing bank, meaning the requested funds will be placed on hold, thereby reducing the customer's available credit. This is not an actual charge to the credit card and the bank will release the funds back to the card after the authorization expires (usually within a few days).

In other words, your bank put a hold on that money. The money has not been sent to us, it is still in your account and will show back up there.

What is your return policy?
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with prior authorization (we need to know it's coming so we can watch for it). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges and returns. If you need assistance or authorization click on the "Contact Us" page to send us an email.

NOTE: Free items or items purchased with a free gift certificate (contest winners or giveaway gift certificates - that is, gift certificates that have not been purchased) may not be exchanged or returned for cash or credit.
